It is Rafiki Mwema’s vision that through the repair of the physical and psychological damage inflicted on them, we can support our children to become emotionally connected, caring and empowered young people and adolescents and support our future men to break the cycle of abuse by becoming safe, loving, kind partners, fathers and uncles who respect our empowered young women.
Charlotte came to Kenya in June 2019 to assist with many projects we were working on at our homes in Kenya. I had seen Charlotte's work in previous years, which is the reason I reached out to her to come to Kenya and work for our organisation. Her skills are incredible, and she worked day and night to produce the best quality work for our charity. Her passion and drive to help our organisation was heart-warming and I will 100% bring her to Kenya again when we need assistance with any video/photo projects.
